cultural week

WHAT: I was involved in a range of learning experiences for Multicultural week. We learnt about Russia, Israel and we learnt how to use chopsticks to pick up jellybeans.

SO WHAT:

I learnt that in Russia if you throw a pot of boiling water of a balcony it will turn into snow because it is so cold!

I enjoyed getting a henna tattoo.

I was most fascinated by the building in Russia that is made of wood, but doesn't have any nails.

NOW WHAT

A question I have is…. why does China celebrate a new animal every year?
